The Pathways program has a club for future teachers called, SCC Teachers for Tomorrow Cub (TFTC). This is a great way to learn more about the teaching profession and have fun, while meeting other students who share the same interests. The club offers a variety of academic and social activities for students who are planning careers in teaching. Some of those activities include:
- Become apart of the Student California Teachers Association (SCTA)
- Network with other future teachers
- Attend teaching conference
- Participate in fund-raising opportunities to raise money for club activities
- Receive TFTC stipends
- Become involved in community service projects
- Participate in the Associated Student Government and the Inter-Club Council.

The Teachers for Tomorrow Club also conducts several fund raising events to raise money for club activities and the Teachers for Tomorrow - Scholarship Fund. Funds are generated through the clubs participation in Fall Fest, Club Rush, Spring Fest, and additional events implemented by the TFTC. The club has solicits grant funding through the Student California Teachers Association (SCTA)

Members of the club also attend teacher conferences through both the Pathways to Teaching Program and the SCTA. As members of the teaching club, students have the option of being a part of the SCTA, who conduct several teaching conferences a year at little cost to its members.
