If you are having difficulty with your login please try the following before you request your password to be reset.
- Carefully reenter your username and password and remember the password is case sensitive. Allow time for the browser to access your Bb account.
- Do not quickly reenter your password as repetitive login attempts will cause a “time out” for 15-20 minutes before you can try to login again.
- If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the Username and Password Help link on our Blackboard site to obtain your login information. Clicking this link will redirect you to the WebAdvisor website (http://sis.rsccd.edu) where you can reset or retrieve your password.
- If you requested to have your password reset you will be emailed a temporary password. Login to your WebAdvisor account (http://sis.rsccd.edu) and enter your username and the temporary password. You will then be prompted to change your password after you first log in.
- After you have updated your WebAdvisor account you will now be able to login to your Blackboard account using the same username and new password.
Blackboard Configuration Test
Use this Browser Test link to check if your web browser is properly configured to use Blackboard.
You may be prompted to enter security credentials when downloading documents from Blackboard. This is a bug we are working on resolving. Please select Cancel on the Log In dialog box and your document will download normally.
You may also use Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari to bypass this error.
