Eligibility
Adults who live or work in the Rancho Santiago Community College District [RSCCD] service area may apply for and obtain a community user library card from the Santiago Canyon College (SCC) Library.

CSUF and CSULB students ---- SEE: College Students below
High school students whose parent(s) or legal guardian live or work in the RSCCD service area are welcome to use the SCC Library with written permission as detailed in the SCC High School Students: Library Use Policy/Rules & Application.
Registration Requirements
Presentation of a current photo I.D.* with current address AND:
o For community members living in the RSCCD service area, one other proof of current home address, e.g., recent utility bill, printed check, recent rent receipt that shows address, etc.
o For community members working in the RSCCD service area, one other proof of employment in the District's service area, e.g., business letterhead, paycheck stub with address, business card
College Students
Santiago Canyon College Library has formal reciprocal borrowing/lending agreements with the libraries at California State University, Fullerton and California State University, Long Beach. Students from these institutions have borrowing privileges at the Santiago Canyon College Library upon presentation of a current student I.D. card.
*Acceptable photo I.D. : California driver's license, California I.D. card, U.S. Permanent Resident card [i.e., Green Card], U.S. passport, etc.
