Steps to Enroll at SCC

1. Complete the application through the Admissions office
2. Complete the California Nonresident Tuition Exemption Affidavit form
3. Submit the Affidavit form in person to the Admissions office in building E-101 
4. Contact the Counseling office in building D-106 or call 714-628-4800 to complete the matriculation process, including orientation, advisement and placement testing.
5. Consider enrolling in the Early Decision Program, contact the Outreach office in building A-212 or call 714-628-4808
