Unit and Residency Requirements
· 60 degree applicable units
· At least a cumulative GPA of 2.0
· A minimum of 12 units completed at Santiago Canyon College
o At least 6 units must be in courses required for the major
· Official transcripts from all colleges attended must be on file
o Student must request transcripts from the other institutions

o Plan B Advisement Sheet 2010-2011
Plan C (IGETC Certification)
o Plan C Advisement Sheet 2008-2009
o Plan C Advisement Sheet 2009-2010
o Plan C Advisement Sheet 2010-2011
o Plan C Advisement Sheet 2011-2012

Completed all major requirements
All majors and their requirements are listed in the 2010-2011 catalog
· Courses in the major must be completed with a grade of “C” or better
· At least 6 units required in the major must be completed at Santiago Canyon College
· A separate petition must be submitted for each major

Submission of a Petition to Graduate
Student must submit a Petition to Graduate to earn an AA/AS degree
o Students seeking an AA/AS degree
o Students seeking a CSU certification along with an AA/AS degree - OR -
o Students seeking a CSU certification ONLY
o Students seeking a IGETC certification along with an AA/AS degree - OR -
o Students seeking a IGETC certification ONLY
