Who is Eligible?

Both new and currently enrolled Santiago Canyon College students who are receiving cash aid or TANF (Temporary Aid to Needy Families) from the Orange County Social Services Department may be eligible for CalWORKs.

What are the benefits?

CalWORKs benefits for participating SCC students may include: 

• Enrollment Fees Waived (with BOGW)
•  Personal Counseling and Academic Counseling (A.A. & Transfer Certificates)
• Job and Work Study Assistance 
• Textbook Request
• School Supplies
