EOP&S Eligibility  

To be eligible for EOP&S:

• You must be a California resident
  
  

• You must be enrolled as a full time student (12 units or more)
  
  

• You must be eligible for the BOGW
   (California Board of Governor’s Waiver A or B)
  

• You must have fewer than 30 units of degree applicable credits
       as defined by Title V Education Code Section 69640
  
  

• You must be educationally disadvantaged as defined by EOP&S
