SCC's Eduardo Cervantes receives his Board
Classified Employee Recognition Award fromTrustee Lisa Woolery, APR, M.A.
Eduardo Cervantes, a high school and community outreach specialist at Santiago Canyon College (SCC), was recognized by the Rancho Santiago Community College District Board of Trustees at its March 14, 2011, meeting as one of three "stellar classified employees" for the 2010-2011 academic year.
Eduardo was recognized for his dedication to students and hard work ethic.
Ed is an alumnus of SCC, who entered college as a local high school graduate through SCC’s Early Decision Program.
He began working at SCC as a student worker and worked in a part-time capacity on campus for years. After earning a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton, he was hired full-time in the Admissions & Records office.
Ed is described as a “consummate professional with a positive outlook on life. SCC is rewarded every day by his work ethic and standards.”
