Web site contents are stored in document libraries. 3 document libraries are created by default when you create a new web site.
  1. Documents (storing downloadable documents such as Microsoft Office documents and Adobe PDF files)
  2. Images (storing images used for web page content)
  3. Pages (storing all web pages)

Document libraries

Uploading Documents:

  • Open a document library
  • Select Upload Document or Upload Multiple documents from the Upload menu
