Community Science Night at Santiago Canyon College
EXPLORE - ENGAGE - ENJOY
For the thirteenth consecutive year, Santiago Canyon College and Orange Unified School District will host Community Science Night for school aged children.
Guests will have an opportunity to explore and conduct hands-on inquiry based science experiments with their family. This will be a time to learn and have fun. With access to 50+ hands-on activities such as creating catapults, interpreting air photos, making lava lamps, looking at cool bugs, local plants and beautiful gems, cheering for racing snails and more, this night promises to make science education come alive.
In addition to the hands-on activities, guest can also observe the Robotics Showcase, where local schools demonstrate their creations, and the Maker's Challenge, highlighting some student designed innovations.
