The virtual parking permit system is now live. Students are expected to purchase a permit to park on campus by the start of the 2023 Spring Term.

Guest permits are available for purchase online at https://rsccd.thepermitportal.com/.

Persons that have paid the appropriate permit fee shall be permitted to use the Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD) parking facilities at all of its locations including Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College.

The purchase of a parking permit does not guarantee space availability.

Parking permits are issued solely by authority of RSCCD and are not authorized for resale.

Note: Parking permits are required on Saturdays, Sundays, and State holidays.

Where can I buy a Student Parking Permit?
Student parking permits for Spring​ 2023 will be available for purchase online via Self Service and the or in person on campus:

SAC Student Business Office – JSC-202

How much does a parking permit cost?
The permits are $30 for the Spring term.

How long is a permit valid for?
They are valid for the length of the term they were purchased for. Spring 2023 term is valid Febuary 06, 2023 through June 09, 2023.

Where can I park once I have purchased a permit?
Permits are valid in any district parking lot marked student.

Do I need to display my permit?
No, the permit is now virtual.
