Santiago Canyon College's spring semester kicks off February 7, with in-person and online classes and services

1/26/2022

(Orange, CA) – Santiago Canyon College (SCC) is welcoming students back to an exciting and flexible Spring 2022 semester, offering nearly half of its courses in person and on campus to meet students' needs. Kicking off the start of Spring semester is the Hawk Stop Welcome Week, providing students with counseling and enrollment support, as well as fun peer activities from February 7 to 10.

The Hawk Stop will be open to serve students from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday during Welcome Week in front of campus near the SCC library. Students can learn more about the college, receive support from counselors for their enrollment needs and can ask questions of SCC faculty and staff to engage and become more familiar with the campus. The College will also have different food trucks, games, swag bags and opportunity drawings for students each day.

SCC continues to work hard to keep students safe by encouraging vaccination, masking and other COVID-19 mitigating measures. Students can access free priority COVID-19 testing by registering online at www.sccollege.edu/covid19testing. Additionally, fully vaccinated students can also receive a $200 campus bookstore gift card and will be entered into a drawing for prizes, including a year of free tuition and Apple products if they register to participate.
