Steps to Enroll at SCC

      1. ​Complete the application through the Admissions​ office
      2. Complete the California Nonresident Tuition Exemption Affidavit​ form
      3. Submit the Affidavit form in person to the Admissions office in building E-101. 
      4. Contact the Counseling office in building D-106 or call 714-628-4800 to complete the matriculation process, including orientation, advisement and placement testing.
      5. Consider enrolling in the Early Welcome Program, contact the Outreach office in building A-203 or call 714-628-4808 .
