DSPS offers counseling services by a counselor trained to work with students who have disabilities. In addition to academic, vocational and limited personal counseling, the DSPS Counselor is available to assist students with career exploration, selection of a major, guidance for university transfer and completion of a Student Education Plan. The DSPS Counselor may also recommend academic accommodations and assist in advocacy and liaison with campus staff as well as off-campus agencies.
Counseling appointments may be made by contacting the DSPS Office at (714) 628-4860 or DSPS@sccollege.edu during Fall or Spring semester.
