  • MANDATORY COMMUNITY CHAT: Attend the scheduled Community Chat/Student Panel. All students will be assigned to their group and must attend their assign community chat.
  • PRIORITY REGISTRATION: The time has come for us to submit a list of students who have earned priority registration. The following will be taken into consideration for priority registration:
    • Weekly tutoring attendance
    • Community Chat participation
    • Completed academic status report (mid-term grade reports)
    • Scheduled academic coaching meeting with Helen
  • REVISED ED. PLAN: Set up meeting to meet with Gustavo Lucatero to create a comprehensive Ed plan.
    • David's hours while in A-212 are Monday/Wednesday 8am-2pm & Tuesday/Thursday 8am-12pm.
  • MID-TERM GRADE REPORTS: Mid-terms are approaching quickly. We are interested in your academic progress thus far. We ask that you have each​ professor complete an ACADEMIC STATUS REPORT and submit it to program staff for review. Drop by A-212 sometime this week to pick up academic status report for faculty.  
  • ACADEMIC COACHING: Come by A-212 to make an appointment with Helen or Gustavo
  • STUDENT LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY: An exciting Capitol Hill internship/semester in Washington, D.C. is available to one outstanding TRIO SSS or McNair student for the fall 2016 semester. One student will be selected for the  fall 2016 semester program, which runs from August 28 to December 16, 2016.
