Learn the elegant and dynamic Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Sword Form. This intermediate-to-advanced form builds on empty-hand Tai Chi forms, using a wooden or plastic sword/stick (no real swords allowed) that enhances arm strength while refining Tai Chi skills. Prior Tai Chi experience required.
