YOGA FOR EVERYBODY

Yoga will help you boost your energy, increase flexibility, and gain strength while calming your mind and emotions. We will do yoga exercises that incorporate standing poses, floor exercises, and flowing movements. Modifications will be offered so that everybody can participate and work at their own pace whether you are experienced in yoga or a first-timer. You should be able to do floor exercises and get up easily. Each class will end with yoga breathing exercises and deep relaxation. Dress comfortably and bring a non-slippery yoga mat and a firm blanket. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so please be prepared to take your shoes and socks off.
