Meditation can transform your life in a positive and lasting way. Practiced regularly, meditation has been proven to affect your physical and psychological well-being by reducing stress, depression, anxiety, and blood pressure. It also boosts the immune system, improves memory and brain function, and helps dealing with chronic pain and addiction. Meditation is a simple and effective way of training your mind and can be practiced by everyone. Only 5 to 10 minutes of a daily meditation practice can have a significant effect on your well-being. This course will show you how to do it. Minimum of 10 participants are required for the course.
