Start a new career helping people from all over the world complete immigration documents. This information-packed seminar will kick-start your career by covering all the basics you need to know to get started in this profession. You'll learn relevant immigration law, duties and responsibilities and gain practical experience in the workshop segment including executing practice filling out visa applications, travel documents, waivers, applications for employment, petitions, permanent residency applications, green card issues and Differed Action updates. You'll receive additional information in your guidebook including the U Visa which discusses the forms used for victims of crimes, VAWA forms used for issues relating to violence against women and the process for political Asylum. Special time will be allocated to cover any questions students might have. Immigration students must purchase a bond, get livescanned and submit an application to the Secretary of State's office to meet requirements.
A $150 material fee is payable in class for required Guidebook
