Description:
Using ballet to inspire our workouts, you can achieve better balance, a stronger core, and toned legs. Both fun dance music and classical ballet will get you in the mood to move your body like a dancer. This class is a hybrid of introductory ballet movements and dance conditioning. No dance experience is required!
