Tai Chi for balance is designed for anyone wishing to improve their balance or begin a more active lifestyle. Regular practice can add to your overall well-being and includes such benefits as improving circulation, bone density, joint stability, as well as stretching and strengthening muscles. Students should wear loose, comfortable clothing.
