Description:
Whether you've never meditated before or you're an experienced practitioner, in these workshops you'll be able to dig deeper into the practice of meditation. Each workshop is designed to be taken individually and is an in depth exploration of a different kind of meditation, the practice and its benefits. You can take only one workshop or all of them to learn various practices that you can use in your daily life. Scientific research has shown that meditation and mindfulness can literally change the structure of the brain, and enable us to deal more effectively with stress, illness, anxiety, depression, and pain.
