With the right strategies, you can feel more in control and face challenges with confidence. Learn healthy coping skills and techniques to reduce stress, relax and restore energy. You'll identify what's important in your life, see what causes your stress, and learn strategies to manage the symptoms. We will begin the series with an assessment then explore tools and skills to help us identify and manage stressors and triggers. We will explore new self care techniques including breathing, movement, meditation, aromatherapy, touch technique, nutrition and more to form healthier habits. This program is perfect for anyone seeking to improve ways to cope with stress and its impact on their lives. Techniques covered and relaxation practices weekly will leave you feeling relaxed and empowered.
