The holidays can be a joyous pleasant time as well as can conjure up all kinds of stressful associations. Sometimes these stressors can pile up unwillingly turning us into a real Grinch! Possibly, feeling cabin fever already this year... now how do we navigate busy malls, online shopping, traffic, flights, delays, gatherings, colds and flu, scheduling, budgeting, family dynamics, fitting all into shorter days... wait, how will the landscape be this year with the current pandemic? Are you stressed yet? In a perfect world, this time of twinkles and togetherness would bring about strictly positive emotions such as joy and connection, but in reality, can be colored with anxiety triggered by a mash-up of mixed emotions. To the rescue is this special series! We will learn gentle yoga movements, mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques and joy of laughter themed for the holidays that you can employ when you're feeling more mad than merry or rushed than relaxed.
