Real Estate Salesperson
The Real Estate Certificate of Completion is designed for individuals interested incareers in real estate as salespersons, brokers, and real estate industry professionals including mortgage brokers, property managers, title officers, developers and as government employees.
The program is intended to meet the mandatory and elective course requirements students need to sit for the California real estate sales license exam.

VRE 105 - Real Estate Practice (required)-(54 hours

VRE 153 - Real Estate License Preparation (54 hours)
VRE 160 - Real Estate Employability Skills (18 hours)
