Welcome to your future partnership with Santiago Canyon College Continuing Education. We provide tuition-free, flexible training that strengthens workplace skills, supports community members, and prepares employees for new opportunities here in Orange County.

Our programs are designed to meet regional workforce needs and strengthen the partnership between local employers and SCC Continuing Education. For those advancing in their careers or preparing for new ones, we provide tuition-free career education, technical training, computer classes, and workplace skill development that align with professional growth and industry demand. For those building foundational skills, we offer English language learning and opportunities to complete an Adult High School Diploma. Together with our business and economic partners, we collaborate to shape programs that train the workforce, support career mobility, and expand opportunity across Orange County.

Partner With Us 

Interested in strengthening your workforce or collaborating on regional economic initiatives?

Our tuition-free programs can be offered in a variety of ways. Many employers bring us on-site to provide customized training that aligns with company goals and employee development needs. Others organize cohorts of employees to complete classes together, online or in person, enhancing skills that directly impact productivity and retention.

We also partner with chambers of commerce, workforce boards, and economic development organizations on grant-funded projects that expand access to training and advance regional workforce goals. However you partner with us, the outcome is the same: building a stronger, better-prepared workforce for Orange County.
