​​COVID-19 Update - March 20, 2020

To help mitigate the sprea​d of COVID-19, effective March 18th the majority of the Continuing Education courses will resume and take place through temporary remote instruction. Students should check their email for communication from their instructors. If you have not received instructions from your instructors, we recommend you contact your instruct​or(s). ​

Effective March 20, all Continuing Education offices are closed until further notice.

Para ayudar a mitigar la propagación de COVID-19, a partir del 18 de marzo, la mayoría de los cursos de Educación Continua se reanudarán y se llevarán​ a cabo a través de la instrucción temporal por internet . Los estudiantes deben revisar su correo electrónico donde recibirán comunicación por parte de sus maestros. Si aún no ha recibido instrucciones de sus maestros, le recomendamos que se comunique con su o sus maestros por medio de correo electronico. ​

A partir del 20 de marzo, todas las oficinas de Educación Continua estarán cerradas hasta nuevo aviso.​​

​​​​​​​​​​The Division of Continuing Education (DCE) offers free tuition noncredit​ classes in the program areas below. The DCE offers day, evening, and Saturday ​classes at the ​OEC Provisional Education Facility, College ​and Workforce Preparation Center, Santiago Canyon College​,​ and at 30 other convenient locations in Orange, Anaheim Hills, Villa Park and Garden Grove. Individuals may begin taking classes at any time during the semester, provided there is space available.​​

Division of ​Continuing Education Mission Statement
The Continuing Education Division offers quality, tuition-free noncredit classes, programs, and services that enable students to maximize their potential by acquiring the necessary academic, technical, and workforce skills to reach their personal, educational, and career goals so that they can benefit from and contribute to society as productive, active members of their communities.  (Approved by OEC Leadership, 12-11-19).​
