ConferZoom is a project of CCC TechConnect, funded by a grant from the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office. ConferZoom is a an online meeting tool using Zoom, using web based technology on a secure pla​​tform, which seamlessly support all op​erating systems, browsers and mobile devices. ConferZoom can also be activated in Canvas, then students will be able to access just by logging into Canvas.

​We have managed to have CCC TechConnect create an account for all of our faculty. 
1. Each person will receive an email from no-reply@zoom.us with the subject line "ConferZoom Account Invitation'.
2. The activation email link will expire within 30 days.
3. Once they respond, it will take 24-48 hours for the final approval.
4. Canvas users can learn how to sync to their new ConferZoom account by viewing the 'Account & Email Settings;
    article on our support site 
5. Their support website has easy to follow articles with instructions for using ConferZoom both inside and outside of the 
    classroom 
6. If an employee already has a ConferZoom account, they will not receive an invitation. To verify their account
they should sign-in at www.conferzoom.org using their email, the password can be reset if needed.

Cranium Cafe is a meeting and collaboration platform designed specifically for student support services. 

To request a department account for live-chat 
e-mail: carpenter_amanda@sccollege.edu​, please include your generic department e-mail. If you do not have a generic account, create a g-mail account to be used. ​

To login as an individual use the Canvas login button and use your WebAdvisor/Canvas login credentials. If you are coded as a student please click 'request role upgrade' or e-mail: carpenter_amanda@sccollege.edu​

3C Media Solutions offers faculty, staff, and administrations of the California Community Colleges System the opportunity to create an account, (free of charge). Some highlights of what an account provides the user: personal account for uploading and storing media, ability to share media privately or publically (embed, email link, or post to the 3C site), option to create a 'group' for joint access, request captioning for your media in a few short, simple steps , and much more!​
