Construction Management, AS

This Associate of Science degree in Construction Management is designed around real-world applications, problem-solving, teamwork, planning, communication, and project-based learning. Students learn by connecting concepts to practical situations they can see, understand, and apply. Students begin to understand why project managers make certain decisions, how schedules drive production, how budgets influence project planning, and how documentation protects both contractors and owners. Throughout the program, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of construction management, including estimating, scheduling, finance, safety, and contract administration. Students will gain experience working with industry-relevant tools and practices, helping them build confidence in managing projects from initial planning through completion.

This program is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in construction management, whether they are new to the field or have prior construction or trade experience. Whether you are a high school student beginning your career in construction or an experienced journeyworker looking to transition into management, these courses provide the pathway to advance your career.
