SCC Support Our Dreamers/Undocumented Students
Santiago Canyon College is committed to providing affordable academic opportunities for all members of our community. California Assembly Bill 540 (AB 540), which became law on January 1, 2002, offers qualified undocumented students opportunities to further their education at the same per-unit rate as other California high school graduates.
Santiago Canyon College recognizes and celebrates the beauty and diversity in our great community. Together, we ensure that all students, regardless of immigration status, have access and support as they continue their education and make a better life for themselves and their families. We want our Dreamers/Undocumented students to know that we stand with you and will always support your efforts 100%.
SCC has informed financial aid experts and caring counselors, faculty, and staff available to review the many support services offered to all of our AB540, Dreamers, and undocumented students - benefits that California State Law protects. Please visit SCC's First Year Support Center in room E-303 (E-building, 3rd floor) for additional resources and assistance, or call them at 714-628-5085.
Students will find various on-campus and off-campus resources supporting academic success by navigating this page.
