Inter-Club Council

The Inter-Club Council of Santiago Canyon College is a governing body made-up of representatives from current active student organizations. ICCSCC provides a forum for members of student organizations to share information about upcoming events, annual goals, and provides an opportunity for clubs to work together. The Inter-Club Council oversees an annual budget for ICCSCC sponsored events to foster further student involvement and leadership development.
Membership
Per California Educational Code Section 76061, all ICCSCC Officers are expected to
maintain the following minimum academic standards to participate:
*Be currently enrolled in at least 5 units at SCC and have at least a 2.0 GPA, OR
*Be enrolled in a RSCCD Adult Education program, OR
*Be a currently enrolled SCC student with a verified disability on record with the
DSPS office.
All ICC officers are expected to maintain at least one of these eligibility standards
throughout their term of office - additionally, ICC officers must abide by the RSCCD
Student Code of Conduct and fulfill the responsibilities associated with their office
as specified in the ICCSCC Bylaws. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action,
up to or including removal from office.
The spring 2026 club registration is now open. Deadline is March 11. 2026.
