What is SI?
Supplemental Instruction is an academic assistance program designed to help students inhistorically difficult classes. SI provides regularly scheduled, out-of-class, peer-facilitated sessions.
STEM Academy
What is SCC's STEM Academy?
- SCC's STEM Academy is an academic support for students pursuing majors, degrees and careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
- Membership is optional and totally voluntary.

STEM Counseling faculty are here to help! We offer appointments and drop-in services both in-person and virtually through Zoom.
STEM Summer Bridge & Summer Advantage Academy
SCC's Summer Advantage Academy will include a special STEM session for STEM students.This will be an opportunity to meet fellow STEM majors and STEM faculty. In addition, there will be a STEM activity competition, food, and prizes! Space is limited, so make sure you register early.
STEM Success Team
The STEM Success team is group of SCC faculty, counselors and staff who work to find resources for STEM students. Some of the resources are events, workshops, and tips for being a successful STEM student.
