Developing Equitable Curriculum Instruction & Design (DECIDE)
⭐What is DECIDE?
- A faculty exploration of redesigning courses for student equity and success.
- 8-week asynchronous Canvas course that guides faculty through self-evaluation of their pedagogy with peer-to-peer support and review.
- Through an equitable lens, faculty will inventory their courses.
Eligibility:
All Faculty (part-time, full-time, tenure track, tenured) from credit and noncredit who taught at least one course in two consecutive semesters between Spring 2025 and Fall 2025 are eligible to participate. We are seeking a maximum of 10 faculty this semester.

📘Spring 2026 Course Term:
March 9 to May 10, 2026
🏆Compensation:
$500 stipend upon successful completion of discussions, activities, and deliverables, plus attendance at there will be two synchronous Zoom meetings on Friday, March 27, and Friday, May 8, each from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
