The EOPS/CARE/CalWORKs program is committed to providing comprehensive, holistic and effective academic, career, and personal counseling to each student as they pursue their educational goals. EOPS/CARE strives to provide an environment where students will grow intellectually and personally while obtaining knowledge and academic skills to be successful in their pursuit of their educational goals at SCC.

EOPS/CARE recruits and retains first generation low-income students by providing comprehensive/holistic counseling and additional support services to assist each student to complete their stated educational goals at SCC.
