Commencement Registration

Graduates must​ ​register online by Friday,​ M​​ay 16, 2025  (11:59​ PST). 
​
​​To meet printing deadlines, the deadline to have student names printed in the Commemorative Commencement Booklet is Friday, May3rd. You may still register and participate in Commencement after May 3rd; however, we may not include your name in the booklet.  We will add your name to the Commemorative Commencement Booklet for 2025.​​

Only students who have ​​submitted a Petition to Graduate​ for a degree (AA/AS/AA-T/AS-T) or certificate can participate in the Commencement Ceremony. 

• Class of 2024- Summer 2024
• Class of 2025- Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Summer 2025

Those who have petitioned to graduate will receive an email on behalf of the Vice President of Student Services inviting students to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.  Emails will be sent after Spring Break. ​

Steps to Register:

1. ​Complete the online registration form
2. You will be redirected to Microsoft Online​​
3. Log in using your Self-Service credentials
   1. ​​User​​​name   (school-assigned email such as az12345@student.sccollege.edu)
   2. Password​
4. Complete the form
5. ​You should receive a "Submission Completed" screen at the end​

Troubleshooting Tips:

1. Confirm login info. SAC home campus students log in with SAC info (e.g., az12345@student.sac.edu). SAC students can participate in the SCC Commencement by submitting a graduation petition at SCC.
2. Employees (current/former) log in with work email (e.g., LastName_FirstName@sccollege.edu).
3. Avoid Safari on Apple products; try Chrome or a non-Apple device.
4. Clear browsing history and cookies, then restart browser.
5. Log out of personal/professional Outlook or Hotmail accounts to prevent login conflicts.
6. Consider using "Incognito" mode.
