Using the Market
If you're enrolled in at least one class at SCC during the current semester, you’re welcome to shop at the Hawk’s Nest Market. After a quick registration, all you’ll need is your student ID number when you check in.
The Hawk’s Market offers supplemental grocery support to help stretch your budget. Students can pick up free groceries once a week to get what they need.
When you're ready to shop, we’ll provide you with a basket and walk you through a
few simple
guidelines. Once you've finished shopping, visit our packing tables to bag your groceries.
To help us reduce waste, we encourage you to bring a reusable bag if you have one
as we no longer provide bags.

Take the next step and learn about Cal Fresh. It can provide money to shop at your local grocery store or farmers market.
