Security Officer Program
The Unarmed Public Safety and Security Officer Program provides training to be licensed as an unarmed security guard in the State of California as well as comprehensive specialty training for handcuffing, chemical agents (pepper spray), and First Aid/CPR/AED training. This intense program consists of theory and lecture and extensive hands-on practical work to cement course objectives together to prepare the student for the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) exams and the job market.
Course Requirements
VPS100 - Unarmed Public Safety and Security Officer I (32Hrs)
VPS101 - Unarmed Public Safety and Security Officer II (12Hrs)
